We can help arranging pick-up service. If you are interested in, please provide your name, flight number and arrival time by email. Otherwise, you may follow the instruction and get to the hotel or meeting venue by public transportation.

 Registration & Welcome Reception
Registration takes place at the ground Lobby of galaxy hotel on Oct 13 from 9:00-19:00.

Meals
Breakfasts will be served in the Hotel. All lunches and dinners will be provided at the Dining Hall on the 3rd Hall in the hotel. Please bring with you the dining vouchers distributed at the registration counter.

Banquet
Banquet will be held on Oct 16, 19:00-22:00 at 3rd Floor banqueting hall Galaxy Hotel.

Internet Access
Internet access is free only in the Hotel rooms. Limited computers running windows system will be available at the conference place. Black/white and color printers are not available in the meeting venue; therefore please print your document, if it is needed, at the hotel business centre.

If you have experienced any problems, or have any questions regarding the meeting, please find our meeting staff who can be identified by the blue strap name tags.
