The robotic surgical approach means greater accuracy, smaller incisions, less postoperative pain, and faster healing.
The Rita Cooper Finkel and J. William Finkel Women's Health Center offers prevention and screening services for women who may be at risk of developing gynecologic cancers. Powerful diagnostic techniques enable earlier detection - and new approaches, such as vaccines, may provide a level of protection against certain cancers never before available. The center also offers support groups and other services that provide emotional and psychological benefits to those coping with a cancer diagnosis. Long-term follow-up care and access to clinical trials round out the many valuable benefits available at the center.
