 HCT Fellowship

The Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HCT) Program at City of Hope offers a one to two year fellowship for physicians who desire training in clinical hematopoietic cell transplantation and clinical research. This includes autologous HCT for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, as well as allogeneic and unrelated donor HCT and cord blood transplantation for hematologic malignancies. This fellowship provides extensive clinical training in all aspects of transplantation, including HLA typing, apheresis, cryopreservation, hematopathology and cytogenetics.

City of Hope, a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, is one of the largest transplant centers in the world, and is a member of the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG). City of Hope is supported by research programs in hematopoietic cell transplantation, stem cell biology, gene therapy, hematopathology, immunotherapy, cytogenetics and virology.

Eligibility
Candidates should be eligible for California licensure. All applicants must be board certified in internal medicine, and board certified or board eligible in hematology/oncology.

Salary
Salary is commensurate with experience.
