Hoffman, president of the 500 Club chapter, turned in more than $3.2 million to City of Hope at the event and accepted the Samuel H. Golter award on her chapter’s behalf. Hoffman’s announcement was part of Roll Call, a traditional recap on fundraising during the convention, which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel from June 23 to 25.
