 Educational Collaborations

City of Hope provides education programs for the general public, students and medical professionals as well as our patients and their families. Our education efforts range from forums, health fairs and lectures that help inform the public about various health issues to City of Hope’s Graduate School of Biological Science, a highly-regarded Ph.D. program that trains future scientists for careers in academia, medical or industrial fields.

Encouraging careers in science and medicine, City of Hope offers a summer academy for high school and college students to pursue a course of research study that offers practical lab experience and mentoring with institute faculty. Additionally, throughout the year, City of Hope provides continuing medical education, clinical training and scientific lectures in collaboration with leading experts from other medical and research institutions.
